Surin Beach is a broad, golden-sand bay on Phuket's northwest coast, framed by the forested headlands of Laem Sing to the north and the Kamala hills to the south. The beach has a well-established reputation as one of the island's more sophisticated and upscale beach destinations, home to the Surin Phuket resort, the iconic Catch Beach Club, and a string of high-quality restaurants and bars backing the sand. The water is clear and the waves moderate, with good swimming conditions from November to April. The area around Surin has become a significant dining and lifestyle hub, with the Surin Plaza and surrounding streets offering boutique shops, spas, and international cuisine. Parking is available on the road above the beach. Sunset at Surin, viewed from the northern rocks or from a beachside table, is consistently one of Phuket's finest evening experiences.
